NOTE: Using the block sender option deletes the message before it reaches your Inbox. This means IT has no way to recover any of these messages. So please be very careful when using this feature.
Step 1: Right click on the individual e-mail.
Step 2: Select the ‘Junk’ option.
Step 3: Click on ‘Block Sender’.
NOTE: From then onwards you will not receive any e-mails, neither in your ‘Inbox’ folder nor your ‘Junk’ folder, from that particular e-mail address.
If you would like to confirm the list of blocked e-mail address:
Step 1: Select the ‘Junk’ option.
Step 2: Select 'Junk E-mail Options'.
Step 3: Select ‘Blocked Senders’ tab to confirm the list of blocked e-mail address.
