NOTE: Using the blocked sender lists deletes the message before it reaches your Inbox. This means we have no way to recover any of these messages. So please be very careful when using this feature.
Step 1: To block SPAM from your inbox, right click on the individual e-mail.
Step 2: Select the ‘Junk’ option.
Step 3: Click on ‘Block Sender’ under it.
NOTE: From then onwards you will not receive any e-mails, neither in your ‘Inbox’ folder nor your ‘Junk’ folder, from that particular e-mail address.
If you would like to confirm the list of blocked e-mail address:
Step 1: Select the ‘Junk’ option.
Step 2: Select 'Junk E-mail Options'.
Step 3: Select ‘Blocked Senders’ tab to confirm the list of blocked e-mail address.
NOTE: Block message filters are automatically updated on the server, and so are also configured on your Zimbra.
