Planned Outage – Internet & iLearn

Brief
The Information Technology Department will perform Network Maintenance on Friday, September 20th from 05:00 am to 08:00 am. During this time, AUS community will not have access to Internet services for up to 3 hours.

The University Phone System will NOT be affected during the outage.

Services Affected

• Internet connection                                    
• IT Services including VPN from off-campus
• iLearn ( https://ilearn.aus.edu) and Mobile Learn

Outage Date / Time

• Friday, September 20th, 2019 from 05:00 am to 08:00 am – Internet
• Friday, September 20th, 2019 from 03:45 am to 08:00 am - iLearn​

Outage Purpose

• Mandatory upgrade to systems & networking equipment
