Planned Outage - Internet and AUS Hosted Services / Friday, 8th January 2021

ICT & IT Security department will perform maintenance this weekend, during this time, the AUS community will not have access to the Internet, VPN and AUS hosted services as per the schedule below.

Services Affected:

3:00 AM - 6:00 AM: Interruption to Internet & VPN  and login to Cloud Services [ Google Email, Drive, Meet, Office 365, iLearn, Library, Digital measures, Panopto, Servicenow, iModules,Explorance, Adobe ..etc. ]         

3:00 AM - 7:00 PM: All AUS Hosted Application & Web services including:

Purpose:

·  Systems, Network and Applications Maintenance.

What you need to do: 

After 6 AM, if your internet connection is not restored restarting your router(s) should resolve the issue. Should you still face the issue please contact IT Service Desk.
