Brief

IT Services will perform a major upgrade to the university email system on Friday, Oct 9th from 3:00am to 11:00pm. During this time AUS will not have access to Email and calendar services for up to 20 hours.
IT Services ensures that all incoming email messages will be queued and delivered to your Inbox once the system is back online. 
All other IT systems are available for use during the upgrade period.

Services Affected 

·        Email system (https://mailspot.aus.edu/ and  https://studentmail.aus.edu/ )
·        Email synchronization through mobile devices

Outage Purpose

The purpose of this upgrade is to maintain a stable email environment, resolve software bugs and introduce some new features and functionalities.

Notes and Contacts

Note: You are kindly requested to close Microsoft Outlook application before leaving office to deploy the outlook connector as part of the upgrade during non business hours until the migration day.
