Planned Outage - iLearn Services and Firewall Upgrade

Brief
To enhance the security and features of our Learning Management System (iLearn), a system upgrade maintenance has been scheduled for Wednesday January 20th and Thursday January 21st.  During this time, AUS community will not have access to iLearn services up to 36 hours.
Additionally the firewall software is being upgraded, which might cause interruption to the Internet, Banners services, Pharos Printing, Passwords Station and Network shared folders for not more than 2 hours.

  • Banner services interruption          Jan 21, 6:00 am – 8:00 am
  • Pharos Printing interruption           Jan 21, 6:00 am – 8:00 am
  • Password station interruption        Jan 21, 6:00 am – 8:00 am
  • Network shared folders access       Jan 21, 6:00 am – 8:00 am

Required upgrade to resolve software bugs and to introduce new features.
