I am trying to log onto banner.aus.edu but I keep getting “You are not authorized to use this service”. What should I do?

Make sure that the username entered is in the following format: g000xxxxx/b000xxxxx/AUS_Username (without @aus.edu) and the password entered is correct.

If you are still facing issues, drop by the IT Service Desk on the First Floor of the Main Building or notify them by:

• Calling ext. 2121
• Sending an email to [email protected]
• Opening a ticket request on itservicedesk.aus.edu
