If you got a confirmation box after printing, this means the printing job was sent; however, the job may have been sent to the wrong printer. Double check the name of the printer you are using to print.
If you did not get a confirmation box, this may mean that there is an issue with your password. Make sure your AUS password does not contain an apostrophe (') in it.
If you are using your own laptop to print and you are sure of the printer name and your password does not contain an apostrophe ('), you may need to update/ reinstall the Pharos Package installed on your laptop.
