Step 1 : Access your voice mail system by dialing 2999 on your phone. Drill down on to the system by hitting the following key numbers.
Step 2: Enter your extension followed by pound sign "#", example: 1234#
Step 3: Enter your password followed by pound sign "#" , example: 5678#
Step 4: Press 5 then press 4
Step 5: Enter your new password followed by pound sign "#", example: 9101#
Step 6: Re-Enter your new password followed by pound sign "#", example: 9101#
Your password has been changed now.
