Whether you are an existing user of Apps Anywhere or a new one, you will need to follow the below instructions to set up your Apps Anywhere session.
Apps Anywhere requires that you have the following items before you can load or run any Software Applications:
- Cloudpaging player
- Apps Anywhere Client
- AUS VPN for Off Campus Access

Operating System requirements:
- Windows OS: Windows 10
- Mac OS: OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Follow this step-by-step guide to set up Apps Anywhere:
Step 1: Open an Internet Explorer session (or Google Chrome / FireFox) as preferred.
Step 2: In the URL pane enter : https://apps.aus.edu/
Step 3: Enter your University Username (i.e. b\g000xxxxx) and password and click sign in.
Step 4: The screen will display two buttons. Choose the BLUE button if this is the first time you are using Apps Anywhere on your device. Alternatively, choose the GREEN button if you have already used Apps Anywhere on your device.
Step 5: After the download finish you will need to click on it and install it.
Step 6: The Set up Wizard will appear in screen. Click the Next button to continue and follow the on-screen instructions to install.
Step 7: Click Next.
Step 8: Click Next.
Step 9: Click Next.
Step 10: Once the install process has completed, click Close.
Step 11: Click Done.
Step 12: The Apps Anywhere page will display. Wait for the service to 'Validate' as seen in the blue box at the top of the screen.
Step 13: Following successful validation, a green banner is momentarily displayed on screen. You are now ready to use the Apps Anywhere site.
Step 14: To launch and open Apps, hover over the Apps and click on Launch.
Step 15: From your Cloudpaging player you can chose to launch, stop and remove the application.
Step 16: While an application is in your Cloudpaging Player, you can launch the App from the start menu on your PC.
Step 17: If you no longer require an App, you can simply go to your Cloudpaging Player, select the App and click the Remove button. This will remove it from your PC and Start menu as if it has been uninstalled. And you can easily re-add it by clicking on Launch again.
