Blackboard Collaborate Loading Issue

When joining a Blackboard Collaborate session and the session is stuck on loading as shown below.

Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: On the browser click on lock sign near the website URL
Step 2: Click on Cookies menu
Step 3: Click on Blocked Tab
Step 4: Click on all the URLs and click on “clear on Exit”
Step 6: Click on Done
Step 7: Refresh the page or click on Reload button if it appeared
