Since Adobe no longer supports Flash Player after December 31, 2020 and blocked Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021, Adobe strongly recommends all users immediately uninstall Flash Player to help protect their systems.
- Uninstall the old version of Adobe Acrobat Pro (like version 10 or 9) – Note: Make sure you have access to the latest version of Adobe before you uninstall the older version. If you are not sure, please contact IT ([email protected]).
- Microsoft has released an update to permanently remove Adobe Flash Player from Windows machines. You can install it manually by downloading it from the Microsoft update catalogue here. After this update has been applied, it cannot be uninstalled.
- If the above step couldn’t uninstall Adobe Flash. Then remove flash using Adobe Flash uninstaller. Refer to this article here
