Service Description 

This service includes support for the following external web service platforms:

  • JADU CMS – Main content management system for AUS website.
  • www2
  • ITFAQ
  • Chancellor’s Blog.

Activities included

  • Provide consulting services to clients for external web solutions including research, design and development.
  • Deployment, Administration and Maintenance of external web services.
  • Continuous enhancement of web services as per AUS requirements.

Activities Not included

  • Provide end-users with data extracts.
Service Availability 

Maximum planned downtime is < 87.6 hours out of 8,760 hours per year.

Available Training 

No end-user training is provided to clients on how to utilize the service.

How to Request the Service 

Requests for web services must be approved by system-owners and submitted via the Strategic Communications and Media (SCM).

Major requests must be submitted with complete scope of work and details to IT Service Desk for evaluation and scheduling.
