- You MUST use the Lockdown Browser. Not Chrome, IE, or Firefox.
- Password: Enter the password, then click on Begin Exam.
- Don’t click SAVE on a question. Every time you move from one question to the next, the exam saves.
- If you get an Access Denied message, like:
- Then: Click on CANCEL. You can then resume your exam. If you click Login, you will have to sit and wait for a proctor to help you log off, and log back in.
- If your system hangs for more than a minute, click the refresh button.
