  • This service includes support for the Workflow business process management solution. 

Activities included

  • Provide consulting services to AUS clients using Workflow.
  • Development of new Workflows based on AUS business process analysis.

Activities Not included

  • Business process analysis

Maximum planned downtime is < 87.6 hours out of 8,760 hours per year.

Available Training 

No end-user training is provided to clients on how to utilize the service.

How to Request the Service 

To request access to Workflow, respective module owners/directors contact the IT Service Desk.

The following information must be provided:

  • Name
  • AUS email
  • Banner ID
  • Access Role Details
  • Justification

New Workflow requests approved by respective module owners/directors must be submitted with complete scope of work and details to IT Service Desk for evaluation and scheduling.

How to Access the Service 

Access to Workflow is via web browser at https://workflow.aus.edu using INB account credentials.

Fees 

This service is provided to clients without any fees.
