Service Description
- This service includes support for the Workflow business process management solution.
Activities included
- Provide consulting services to AUS clients using Workflow.
- Development of new Workflows based on AUS business process analysis.
Activities Not included
- Business process analysis
Maximum planned downtime is < 87.6 hours out of 8,760 hours per year.
No end-user training is provided to clients on how to utilize the service.
To request access to Workflow, respective module owners/directors contact the IT Service Desk.
The following information must be provided:
- Name
- AUS email
- Banner ID
- Access Role Details
- Justification
New Workflow requests approved by respective module owners/directors must be submitted with complete scope of work and details to IT Service Desk for evaluation and scheduling.
Access to Workflow is via web browser at https://workflow.aus.edu using INB account credentials.
This service is provided to clients without any fees.
