This service includes support for the following internal web services:
- Bulletinboard – Web based system that allows AUS community members to post and share personal and job-related content. Some forms are reserved for official announcements and can only be posted by authorized users, while other forms are open and can be posted by any registered member.
Activities included
- Maintaining the System.
- Approving new user registration requests.
Activities Not included
- Moderating the content.
- Validation of content.
Maximum planned downtime is < 87.6 hours out of 8,760 hours per year.
No end-user training is provided to clients on how to utilize the service.
Requests for bulletin board initial registration and support must be submitted via IT Help Desk.
The following information must be provided:
- Name.
- AUS email.
- Request Details.
New Internal web enhancement service requests approved by respective system-owners must be submitted with complete scope of work and details to IT Service Desk for evaluation and scheduling.
Access to various bulletin board services is via web browser at http://bulletinboard.aus.edu
This service is provided to clients without any fees.
