This service includes support for the following internal web services:
- JAQ and Appraisal System.
- AUS Telephone Directory.
- Student Clubs.
- Library Tour Registration.
- Training Registration.
- Wellness Registration.
Activities included
- Provide consulting services to clients for internal web solutions including research, design and development.
- Web Banner Integration.
- Deployment, Administration, Maintenance and Support of internal web services.
- Continuous enhancement of internal web services as per AUS requirements.
Activities Not included
- Provide end-users with data extracts.
Maximum planned downtime is < 87.6 hours out of 8,760 hours per year.
No end-user training is provided to clients on how to utilize the service.
Enhancement requests for internal web services must be approved by system-owners and submitted via IT Service Desk.
The following information must be provided:
- Name.
- AUS email.
- Request Details.
- Justification.
New Internal web service requests approved by respective system-owners must be submitted with complete scope of work and details to IT Service Desk for evaluation and scheduling.
