This service includes support for smart phones and tablets to access AUS services
Activities include:
- Configure wireless.
- Configure AUS mail.
- AUS Blackberry services.
Activities Not included:
- Budgeting for hardware replacement.
- Budgeting for software replacement.
- Any software or hardware issues in non AUS devices.
Sunday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00, Excluding the university holidays.
No end-user training is provided to clients on how to utilize the service.
Clients are required to submit Smart Phones and Tables support requests via any of the IT Service Desk available options - See Further Information or Support.
Staff are required to:
- Have a valid username and password
- Coming to Visit the IT Service Desk within working hours (8.00-17.00, Sunday through Thursday)
- The user can login to http://ithelpdesk.aus.edu
- Email IT Helpdesk [email protected]
Students, staff and faculty will be able to access AUS services on their smart phone or tablet once these devices are configured.
This service is provided to clients without any fees. Requests for new Blackberry devices require a departmental budget and approval from the Finance Department.
