I seem to be unable to print when I try using the Pharos Print Management. What should I do?

Step 1: Make sure that you are using the designated release station for that specific printer you are printing with. If you are not sure ask the onsite IT Specialist.

Step 2: Make sure that your password doesn’t contain an apostrophe ( ‘ ) .

Step 3: If you are using your personal laptop to print, reinstall the printing packages.
