I am a new Staff/ Faculty member. How can I know my AUS username and password?

 

Faculty 
For Faculty members, the process is automated. Once HR enter the new Faculty member’s details on the Banner system,  the Administrative Assistant of the school/college the new Faculty member is joining should update the information on the Work Flow system. An email will then be sent to the IT to create a username and password for the new Faculty member. The IT will create the username and password and then send it to the Administrative Assistant of the school/college the new Faculty member is joining.

 

Staff / Temp staff / Adjunct faculty

If the new employee is a Staff member, Temporary Staff, or Adjunct Faculty,  the process is not automated. Once HR enter the new employee’s details on the Banner system, the Administrative Assistant of the department or school/college the new employee is joining should send the form in the link below- signed by the his/her Director- to the IT Department. The IT will create the username and password and then send it to the Administrative Assistant of the department or school/college the new employee is joining.
