A student in the grade center has crossed out circle icon. What does that mean?

If you see this in your grade center sheet, it means that the student Blackboard's account has been made unavailable because of a hold. Your student won't be able to log in to Blackboard and won't be able to make submissions, take online tests, or check the updates in the course site. You are recommended to let your student know that they will need to sort this hold out by paying a visit to the students' accounts in the main building.
