My Email client is not working! What can I do?

Step 1: Login to http://email.aus.edu

Step 2: All your emails should be synced to the webmail. If you urgently need to use your email client, you can follow the instructions in the following articles to set it up:

Step 3: If you are unsure about how to follow the instructions, please contact the local IT Support office and an IT Specialist can assist you. Alternatively you can send an email to [email protected] from your personal email address and someone will be in touch with you.
