Click on the log out icon on the upper left corner of your browser
On a new screen you will get two options. Click on the "End session and log out" button. If no action is taken, you will be automatically logged out after 120 seconds. You can also select "Continue SSO session" to go back to iLearn.

Part I: Test Room Specific Precautions
If you have scheduled an online test/exam, please do the following:
For a Computer Lab
Send an Email to [email protected] with a request to have an IT specialist prepare the Lab for the exam.
The IT specialist assigned will depend on where the exam will take place. Please see Appendix (i) for more details.
For a Classroom
Please bear in mind that for tests administered in the classroom, you will have to rely on the operability of the students’ laptops. You are advised to hold online examinations in a lab environment to safeguard against limitations inherent within our wireless networks. To make sure the test goes as smoothly as possible, request the students to pay a visit to the school’s laptop service center so that a consultant can do the following:

Step 1: Open the Bluepulse portal from the iLearn Course.
Step 2: Go to Pairing Devices on the right side of the home page.
Step 3: Enter your email address for the pairing code OR click QR code to generate a pairing code.
Step 4: Download and launch the Bluepulse mobile application on your phone.
Step 5: Open Bluepulse on your phone.
Step 6: Scan the QR code from your computer screen. Alternatively, you can enter the pairing code manually into the Bluepulse app on your phone.
NOTE: Both the pairing code and QR code expire after 2 hours. If this happens, simply select 'Show my QR code' to automatically generate a new one.
Force Test Completion: If force completion is enabled, you must complete the test the first time it is launched. If force completion is enabled, it is noted at the top of the test. You are not allowed to exit the test and continue working on it at a later date. The Save function is available for you to save the test as you work through it, but you are not allowed to exit and restart the test.
Backtrack Prohibited: You are not allowed to go back to questions you have already answered if backtracking is prohibited. If backtracking is prohibited, it is noted at the top of the test. When you take a test that does not allow backtracking, an error appears when you attempt to use the Back function within the test.

What are achievements?
You can use Blackboard achievements to create opportunities for students to earn recognition for their work. You designate criteria for issuing achievements to students in the form of both badges and certificates.
Students can see which badges and certificates they have earned and what is required to receive additional recognition. They can gain insight into learning progression toward defined competencies.
Students can publish badges to the Badge Backpack and transport evidence of their learning outside of Blackboard Learn.
Instructors can create three types of achievements:

Step 3: Accept the "Privacy Cookies and Terms of Use".
Step 4: Choose your Class from your courses, click on the content area where the exam is waiting for you, and click on the exam itself.
Step 5: Click Begin on the exam.
Step 6: Enter the password.
Step 7: To Submit your exam, you must be on the last question on the exam, then click on “Save and Submit”.

Instructors who wish to monitor their students live during a LockDown Broswer exam adds a URL to a Bb Collaborate Session on the iLearn exam page. Students will click on the link and join the Bb Collaborate session on the LockDown Browser in a new tab.
This is now has been reported no longer working. Students will not be connected to the Bb Collaborate session and will get the error message "Chrome 78 isn't support"
Explanation
Bb Collaborate usually updates its browser version requirements more frequently. On Chrome the current version required at the time of this article is Chrome 79. LockDown Browser is a Chromium based browser that is currently at version 78 which is not supported by Bb Collaborate. That's the reason why Bb Collaborate doesn't currently work under Respondus...
